Because these packages are considerably more time consuming and expensive than one-off services, we only take a HANDFUL of retainer clients a year. These retainer rates are BEST SUITED for talent agencies, record labels, modeling firms, pageant systems, publishing houses, film production studios and other organizations that employ numerous talents or creatives and want to have consistent coverage for them!

Requirements
To qualify for this service, you must have the following:
- An annual income of at least $125,000 (your personal salaries, your business profits or a combination)
Retainer P.R. is a business INVESTMENT and needs to be viewed/treated as such. We can not offer retainer services to people who can not truly afford to make the investment without having to sacrifice their everyday lifestyle or budget extremely tightly.
- A social media following of at least 4,000 fans (collectively across Facebook/Instagram/TikTok or one platform)
Retainer P.R. is usually only necessary for brands that have already built up a following and have a "starving audience" who is constantly hungry for more content and/or appearances from them. Thus, if you don't have at least 4,000 followers collectively on social media, the demand for content and appearances is likely not large enough to merit the expense of a full time P.R. team.
- A commitment to consistently obtaining quality content for your marketing and promotion
We can not create the content for you (unless you are local to the Chicagoland area in which case travel time will be deducted from project hours) as we are a remote team. So, you need to have a commitment to creating consistent quality visuals (pictures and videos) for us to use in your marketing and promotion so as to get the best ROI (return on investment).
PACKAGES
* Project Work is defined as hours worked towards finishing a prioritized task set out by the client. Could include things such as social media management, booking media appearances, writing press releases, copywriting for the brand, creating strategy plans for outsourced teams or other relevant duties to a Public Relations team.
*Retainer Packages are available on a month to month basis with either party reserving the right to pause work or terminate contract at the end of every month before the next billing cycle.
RISING STAR P.R. RETAINER ($1500 a month)
- One 90 minute consultation call a month discussing your brand's goals and progress on projects
- A monthly strategy breakdown document of how we plan to execute and achieve/exceed those goals
- Up to $1000 Media Placement Credits a month with 15% off additional costs (see our Press & Media Packages)
- Up to 15 total hours of project work per month
-Hours and credits DO NOT roll over into the next month
CELEBRITY P.R. RETAINER ($2000 a month)
- Two 60 minute consultation calls a month discussing your brand's goals and progress on projects
- A monthly strategy breakdown document of how we plan to execute and achieve/exceed those goals
- Up to $1500 Media Placement Credits a month with 20% off additional costs (see our Press & Media Packages)
- Up to 20 total hours of project work per month
-Hours and credits DO NOT roll over into the next month
A-LISTER P.R. RETAINER ($3000 a month)
- Two 90 minute consultation calls a month discussing your brand's goals and progress on projects
- A monthly strategy breakdown document of how we plan to execute and achieve/exceed those goals
- Up to $2500 Media Placement Credits a month with 30% off additional costs (see our Press & Media Packages)
- Up to 30 total hours of project work per month
-Hours and credits DO NOT roll over into the next month
